1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AmzInsight ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform.

2. Description of Service

AmzInsight is an internal Amazon seller analytics and advertising optimization platform that:

• Integrates with Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) to access sales, inventory, and financial data
• Integrates with Amazon Advertising API to access ad campaign performance data
• Provides analytics dashboards, reporting, and AI-powered optimization tools
• Is deployed exclusively on an internal private network and is not publicly accessible

3. Authorized Use

AmzInsight is provided exclusively for internal business operations. Authorized uses include:

• Analyzing sales performance and business metrics for internal decision-making
• Monitoring and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns
• Generating AI-assisted product listing content for your own Amazon store
• Reviewing inventory levels and financial settlements

You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose other than those listed above, and specifically not to resell, redistribute, or commercialize data accessed through the Platform.

4. Amazon API Compliance

Your use of AmzInsight is subject to Amazon's API terms and policies, including:

• Amazon Marketplace Developer Agreement
• Amazon Advertising API Terms of Service
• Amazon SP-API Usage Policies and Data Protection Policy

You are responsible for maintaining valid API authorizations and ensuring your use complies with all applicable Amazon policies. AmzInsight accesses Amazon data only within the scope of permissions granted by the account holder.

5. Data Ownership

All Amazon seller data accessed through the Platform remains the property of the respective Amazon seller account. AmzInsight does not claim ownership of any data retrieved via Amazon APIs. You retain full ownership of your business data and may revoke API access at any time through Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Advertising Console.

6. Data Security & Confidentiality

We implement reasonable security measures to protect data stored in the Platform, including:

• Internal network deployment with no public access
• Encrypted storage of API credentials
• Access controls limiting data visibility to authorized users
• Regular data backups and integrity checks

However, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that you use the Platform at your own risk and agree not to store sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for business operations.

7. AI-Generated Content

AmzInsight uses large language models (LLMs) to generate listing optimization suggestions, keyword recommendations, and bid optimization advice. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only and requires human review before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
• You are solely responsible for any content published to Amazon based on Platform suggestions
• AI features may send anonymized product context to a configured LLM API provider

8. Limitations of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" for internal operational use. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform
• We are not liable for data discrepancies between the Platform and Amazon's own reporting systems
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on Platform analytics or AI recommendations

9. Modifications to the Platform

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
